Line Filters
Compressed-air line filtration to ISO 8573 grades, from bulk particulate to instrument-quality air.
Line filters clean the compressed air after it leaves the compressor. Positioned through the distribution system, they remove oil aerosols, water mist, vapour and solid particulates so the air reaching tools, instruments and processes meets the purity it needs.
Air purity is defined by ISO 8573-1, and different applications demand different grades, from general workshop air to instrument and food-contact quality. Getting the grade right matters in both directions: too coarse and contamination reaches the process, too fine and you pay an unnecessary pressure-drop penalty across the whole system. Line filters are normally staged, each grade handling what the one before it left behind.
Filtration grades
General-purpose particulate
Removes bulk dust and pipe scale, protecting finer downstream stages and extending their life.
Coalescing (fine and high-efficiency)
Coalesces oil aerosol and water down to very fine grades for instrument-quality air, with reliable, repeatable performance.
Activated carbon
Adsorbs oil vapour and odour for applications where even trace hydrocarbon content is unacceptable.
What a quality element delivers
Engineered media keeps the energy cost of clean air to a minimum across the element's life.
Consistent separation of oil and water aerosol to the rated grade.
Elements matched to standard market housings for a straightforward swap.
