OEM-Equivalent Quality

Oil Filters

Full-flow oil filtration that keeps the lubrication circuit clean and the airend protected.

The oil filter protects the entire lubrication circuit of a rotary screw compressor. It removes metallic particles, soot and oxidation by-products from the oil before they circulate through bearings, rotors and cooling passages.

Clean oil is what keeps an airend alive. Once abrasive particles build up in the circuit, wear accelerates across every moving surface, and the cost of a missed filter change shows up later as a far larger repair. A correctly specified oil filter, changed on interval, is the simplest insurance on the machine.

What a quality oil filter delivers

Correct micron rating

Matched to the application so it captures harmful particles without over-restricting flow.

Calibrated bypass valve

Opens at the right differential pressure to protect the airend if the element ever loads up or the oil is cold.

Correct fit and seal

Thread, gasket and dimensions matched to the original, for a leak-free spin-on installation.

Service-interval options

Many machines offer more than one oil filter depending on the maintenance plan, typically a 4,000-hour and an 8,000-hour option for the same compressor. These are alternatives, not parts used together. Where both exist for your machine, the product pages and the cross-reference finder show you both so you can match the filter to your service schedule.
