Air Filters
Intake filtration that protects the airend, engineered to OEM-equivalent efficiency with low pressure drop.
The air intake filter is the first line of defence in any rotary screw compressor. It captures dust, particulates and airborne contaminants before they reach the compression stage, protecting the rotors, bearings and downstream oil circuit from premature wear.
Intake filtration is easy to overlook because it sits at the very start of the process, but it sets the tone for everything after it. A restricted or poorly sealed filter starves the airend of air, raises specific energy consumption and lets fine dust through to contaminate the oil. Fitting the correct element on schedule keeps the machine breathing freely and the oil clean for longer.
What a quality air filter delivers
Captures fine dust and particulates down to the low micron range, before they reach the airend.
Generous media area keeps pressure drop low, so the compressor isn't working against its own filter.
Pleated media holds more contaminant between changes, protecting the published service interval.
Formats we supply
Cartridge (radial seal) elements
The most common format on modern rotary screw machines, with a self-centring seal for a reliable fit and quick service.
Panel and axial-seal elements
Flat or framed panels for cabinet and ducted intakes, sized to the airflow of the specific machine.
