How do I know OCP products are reliable?

OCP products are developed and selected based on performance, not just dimensional compatibility. We focus on filtration efficiency, pressure drop, material quality, and real operating conditions found in industrial compressors. Our background comes from decades of experience supplying OEM-level components to the compressed air industry.

Do OCP products affect compressor warranty?

Compressor warranties are defined by the manufacturer, not by parts suppliers. In most cases, using high-quality replacement parts that meet the required specifications does not invalidate warranty, but we recommend verifying this with your compressor manufacturer or service provider.

How can I be sure OCP lubricants are high quality?

OCP lubricants are developed based on more than five decades of hands-on experience in the compressed air industry. Our formulations are not generic adaptations of industrial oils—they are modern, purpose-built formulations designed specifically for air compressors.

What is the expected service life of OCP lubricants and parts?

OCP offers lubricant formulations designed for different extended drain intervals, depending on the application and operating profile:

  • Up to 4,000 hours / 1 year
  • Up to 8,000 hours / 2 years
  • Up to 12,000 hours / 2.5 years

These values are indicative and represent typical performance under normal industrial operating conditions. Actual service life depends on several factors, including operating conditions, temperature, load profile, air quality, and maintenance practices.

Does the OCP Parts Finder guarantee correct part selection?

The OCP Parts Finder is a support tool designed to assist with part identification based on available reference data. While it is built to provide accurate and reliable cross-references, final product selection remains the responsibility of the customer or installer.

Compressor configurations, operating conditions, modifications, and service history can affect compatibility. OCP cannot guarantee suitability in all applications based solely on automated search results. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their compressor specifications before installation.

Payments & invoices

Which payment methods can I use at checkout?

Available payment options are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on location and order value.

Is it possible to get payment on account or a credit limit?

Credit eligibility requires a minimum of three completed orders within three months, with a total turnover of at least €1,000.

How can I find OCP’s bank details?

Our bank details are listed on the invoice. For security reasons, they are not published separately.

Where can I download my invoice?

Invoices are available in My Account → Orders once the order has been processed. If you don't find them, please contact us at support@ocpeurope.com.

Do you issue VAT invoices for business customers?

Yes. OCP issues fully compliant VAT invoices for all business customers.
If you are a VAT-registered company within the EU, make sure your VAT number is correctly entered during registration. When applicable, VAT will be handled according to EU VAT rules, allowing tax recovery where permitted.

What shipping options are available and how long does delivery take?

OCP offers two shipping options: Standard and Express.

Netherlands

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days

Other European countries

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

All available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed during checkout, based on your delivery address and selected service.

I placed an order — when will I receive confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent shortly after your order is placed. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder. Otherwise contact us via support@ocpeurope.com.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed before processing begins. Contact us immediately with your order number.

My order has been dispatched — how do I track it?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please use that for tracking follow-up.

My tracking link isn’t working — what should I do?

Tracking information may take some time to update. If the link remains inactive, please contact us.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before processing starts. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Warranty & Claims

What is the warranty on OCP products?

OCP products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to products that have been properly selected, correctly installed, and used under normal operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, improper maintenance, incompatible applications, or abnormal operating conditions. Any warranty claim must be submitted through the Claim Form, together with the relevant order details and supporting information.

What is your return policy?

OCP accepts returns for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase date. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please submit a request using the Return Form. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the goods. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our side.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?

Submit a claim using the Claim Form as soon as possible. Include photos, your order number, and a brief description of the issue so we can evaluate it quickly.
